Contact form7 mobile data attachment failed

Hey Everyone,
I am using contact form 7 and having issues while uploading attachments from mobile/sim data. However there is no issue in uploading attachments from broadband internet. When i upload any attachment via mobile data the processing symbol right after the submit button keeps on revolving, as it is uploading image, but in fact it could not upload an attachment of less than 500KB after 10 minutes of loading.
Can someone please help me out? is it possible to upload attachment in contact form 7 via mobile data and how?
