Contact Forms Hanging on Submit

Firstly, I would like to thank you for such a wonderful plugin!

We’ve recently launched a website on a client’s server and noted that the contact form hangs when clicking on the “submit” button. We do receive the email and response email we’ve set up using Contact Form 7’s “Mail (2)” section, but the form itself keeps showing the loading toggle and does not provide a success message.

As a test, we’ve duplicated the website as is, over to our development server and tested the form. Upon clicking the “submit” button, we see the loading toggle then receive a “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” message below the form.

Please note, we have launched numerous website’s on servers hosted by multiple hosting providers without encountering this issue. The client’s are hosted with Domains.co.za, however we think it may be a server setting issue we are not aware of, as the company whose server it is, does custom development and may have custom settings.

The code used on the live site is identical to the code on the development site as we’ve duplicated it across as mentioned above. Here is the link to the website on our development server https://fireforge.co.za/vuma/ and the link to the live website https://www.vuma3d.com/

The development server version of the website submits correctly and provides us with a success message and the live site hangs, while still successfully delivering the emails. So in essence, we just need to get the live site to show that the message has been successfully submitted.
