Hello,
I am having trouble with getting your plugin to work for a site that I have created for a client. The site is https://www.personaltouchlandscape.com. I have used a custom theme (bridge) to build this site. I have used your plugin with this theme for other sites and they have all worked fine in the past and still work fine for those other sites now. I have contacted Qode, the creator of bridge, and they said to contact you. I have also spoken with the hosting company to see if it is something on their end that could be fixed, and they informed me that everything is fine on their end. Anyway, I am hoping that you can help me with this, there are 3 contact forms in total on the site at:
https://personaltouchlandscape.com/contact/
https://personaltouchlandscape.com/visualization-concept/
https://personaltouchlandscape.com/opportunities/
and none of them work. Every time you try to send a message, it just comes with a failed response. Anyway, hoping you can help!

@williamkwatt Contact Form 7 is trying to send an email, and the email server is rejecting it. That’s why you get the failed response.

So now you have to find out what is causing the failure. We can’t tell you with the insufficient details you’ve given. Either post screenshots of all your config so can see what you’ve done (example, maybe you used tag [from-email] on the Form tab but tag [fromemail] on the Mail tab). Or install the plugin I listed above which will show the exact error in the Email Log.

Hello Jason,

Thank you so much for trying to help me with this. I for some reason still cannot get it to work properly. I have installed the WP-SMTP plugin and sent test emails to myself, and they work fine, but the contact forms are still not working.

Also, I have made some screen shots of my contact form settings, but I do not know how to attach them to this thread, is there anywhere on here to add images?

WP-SMTP is not going to tell you the error details. Please re-read my posts.

You can post links to images uploaded to an external service like imgur.com or dropbox or similar.

@bigeasybound this is a generic symptom with a variety of causes. Best to start your own thread ??
