    Hi Mike,

Yesterday I completed moving all my WP site files to a new host, and updating the DNS settings. Everything at the new host seems to be working fine, except for the FS Contact Forms. The site is:

    https://mulita.com/blog

Curiously, if I input anything other than a gmail address, the notification comes through to me at my regular gmail.com account, as expected. But any gmail e-mail address that is entered seems to be completely ignored.

In ALL cases, no confirmation e-mails are sent to form users, regardless of what address is input.

All Redirects seem to work, so to form users it appears the form is working properly.

    I’ve tried de-activating and re-activating the plug-in. Didn’t seem to help.

I hope that describes what I’m seeing, and you know of a fix!

    Thanks,
    George

    Hi again, Mike!

False alarm. I think I found the answer. GoDaddy is not my ISP, but DreamHost must be using a similar system…. digging through your FAQ and their support docs, I think I found the answer, and things seem to be working now.

No need to reply. And thanks again for the great plug-in.

Hi George, that is good news. I am glad you found a solution. Perhaps you might like to publish your solution just in case someone else runs into the same problem.

Could you also mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you

    Thanks, mbrsolution.

Although GoDaddy is not my ISP, I followed the instructions here: https://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/email-does-not-send and here: https://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/godaddy-email for GoDaddy hosted sites, and that fixed it.

I guess my new ISP (DreamHost) is just a bit more rigorous when it comes to how e-mail is sent from the domain.

    Hope that helps,
    George
