    Hey Wordfence
    I have have embedded the contact form (theme Enfold), there is a problem with the auto respond mail as it doesn’t send any thing to the customer. I receive the mail from the customer.

    Is it possible that Wordfence could block the auto respond mail? I have installed WP mail log and I can see that isn’t sending out.

    Further DISABLE_WP_CRON was set to true and I can changed this to false, but this didn’t help either.

    Hi @lenesachs

    First, check that the option Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation is disabled in the General Wordfence Options section on the All Options page. ?It is disabled by default. ?If you do need to disable it then make sure to press the SAVE CHANGES button. If you are not sure, then the check box must be blank for this option to be disabled. If it is enabled when you deactivate Wordfence then you will lose all of your settings.

    Now deactivate Wordfence on the WordPress Plugins page.

    If you have the same problem when Wordfence is deactivated then Wordfence can’t be involved.

    You can then activate Wordfence again.

    Thanks for your reply. I have deactivated the plugin and the auto response email is still not being sent out.
    I will continue the investigation.
