Contact from 7 email :- Error after clicking on send button

I have a contact form 7 setup in wp-job-manager plugin.

On the website So when a user clicks on “apply for job” the job application form is displayed. After filling in information when I click on send button the mail is not sent to the specified email account in the form setting. The following error message is displayed “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”.

I don’t think it is contact form 7 related issue as the as the form on other pages works fine. I am not sure but I think it is an integration issue.

Has anyone faced similar issue. Request your help.
