    I am adding a new listing. It appears on the Listing page. I log out of my account (to see what an unregistered user sees). I see a new ad on the Listing page. I click on it and go to the listing page. On the page I see the contact information of the person who placed the ad. It turns out that any unregistered user can see the contacts of the advertisers. How can I hide contacts from unregistered users? I can’t give a link to the page – as I’m testing my site on a local server.   • You can hide contacts from unregistered users in the Moderation section.

    Check the box (Registered user only).

    Yes, I did exactly that, but for some reason it didn’t work in my case. I’ll try to figure it out and look for options, perhaps there is a conflict with another plugin that is responsible for choosing the status of users…

    Oops. The “Moderation” section doesn’t have what Houdini (@romariokg) writes about. It’s in the “Account and Policy” section (setting up a new user role), but it’s about something else. To hide contact info from unregistered users it doesn’t help. The problem remains.

    This feature is available in the pro version of the plugin.

    В этом случае бесплатный плагин вообще не имеет смысла – хранение контактной информации в открытом доступе запрещено законом. Увы, все, что остается, это удалить его и попрощаться (по крайней мере, до тех пор, пока разработчики этого плагина не согласятся, что это очень плохо, и не исправят хотя бы эту проблему (а это действительно плохо и неправильно). Всем удачи!
