    Hi, I am trying to contact Jetpack support but keep going around in circles, I have forgotten my log in details and need help to get back into my account. I have Pro Jetpack but cannot find a simple contact form to get in touch, can anyone help?

    Please also mention any site URLs (whether on WordPress.com or www.ads-software.com) that you own, as it will help us track down your account and help you with your login issue ??

    Hi Stef, Thankyou for your reply, unfortunately I tried to contact Jetpack support via the form but ended go around in circles when I logged into wordpress.com and it said please connect your primary site jetpack connection but when I clicked it said 404 error on the page? So i have no way of contacting them.

    Can you suggest another way, I would appreciate a direct email from Jetpack then I could explain my problem.
