    How do I contact Jetpack support? I have a paid plan for a self-hosted WordPress install. Why is this so hard to do?

    You should be able to email us via this form, if you are logged in with the WordPress.com account you used to purchase the plan on your site.

    Let us know how that goes. If that doesn’t work for you, could you let us know what happens when you access that page? Do you see the form? Do you get an error when trying to submit a new form?
