    you need to add the “Contact Listing for WP Job Manager” add on first, then you should be able to set it up

    Well, as you can see on screenshots i don’t have “Contact a job listing form” option also i have Contact listing for wp job manager plugin installed but not sure why doesn’t show option to change contact forms thats why i created this topic

    @marimanga
    seems like either something went wrong on the plugin istallation or your theme is blocking something. Try to install the adon again, and then switch to a default theme

    Hi @marimanga , I agree with braehler’s suggestion: start over and use a default theme to eliminate that variable too.

    @braehler @richardmtl , Already tested with 8 different themes and i don’t think themes has something here because it has nothing to do with it. As we know once i activate “Contact Listing for WPJM” we supposed to go Job Listing > Settings and there under “Enable Usage Tracking” if it would work it will show option to change contact form but this contact form doesn’t appear.

    I can see that you are using the elemntor page builder. Maybe this is conflicting

    (@richardmtl)

    @marimanga Indeed, once again I agree with braehler: turn off all your non-WPJM plugins to see if any of them are interfering.

    I also need to note that the plugin in question isn’t made by us, and hasn’t been updated in a long time, so that’s quite likely the source of the problem too; I suggest you post in that plugin’s support forum and see if they can help:

    @braehler I fixed it, the issue was to Ninja forms 7 not sure what caused the problem but deactivated and activated again then it worked, so right now i tested everything regarding contact listing form but users that aren’t registered to my site cannot apply for job, is there any option to allow unregistered users to apply ?

    @marimanga the email address is missing the @ symbol, which is why it’s invalid.

    @richardmtl lol…

    good day dear marimanga, Richard Archambault, braehler,

    first of all: many thanks for stepping up the plate with this topic:

    thanks – i want to do exactly the same:

    Already tested with 8 different themes and i don’t think themes has something here because it has nothing to do with it. cf the data of the plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-job-manager-contact-listing/

    This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress

    – Version: 1.4.0
    – Last updated: 3 years ago
    – Active installations: 20,000+
    – WordPress Version: 4.7.0 or higher
    – Tested up to: 4.7.16

    Description: Sites using the WP Job Manager plugin can use any of the supported plugins and allow visitors to contact the connected application email (or resume author) directly.

    Supported Form Plugins

    – Gravity Forms
    – Ninja Forms
    – Contact Form 7

    Astoundify has released two themes that are fully integrated with the WP Job Manager plugin. Check out “Jobify” and our WordPress Directory theme “Listify” :: The plugin can also be used on any theme but no extra styling (outside the CSS that comes with the form plugins) is used.

    dear marimanga, Richard Archambault, braehler, well the question to me is : can we run the Contact Listing for WPJM with the newest version of wp job manager?

    love to hear from you

    ps – keep up the great project it rocks

    Thread Starter marimanga

    (@marimanga)

    @say_hello I have latest version of WPJM and it works.

    @say_hello

    we also are running the latest version, and it works well for us

    @marimanga
    as far as I can see on your screenshot the email you provide for testing is not valid. That is one issue.
    You can allow unregistred users to apply, this can be done via the settings of the application addon. Just unchekc the checkbox for “allow unregistred users to apply”
