Contact Management Plugin

I have searched and haven’t found what I am looking for, maybe it is because I am using the wrong terms.

I have a website that is actively managed by 3 or 4 people. I am looking for a plugin that would allow visitors to contact us. It would go into kind of like a ticketing queue for a reply. The problem is I don’t want people who are contacting us to be filling out a support ticket. I am looking for the ability to allow the plugin manage communication back and forth. This way, if someone is out for the day or week, anything that is sent in will be handled by another person.

Obviously setting up individual emails for each person would work but I don’t really want to do that because everyone would need to be checking either the same email address or everyone else’s email.

Any thoughts on a plugin for this?
