Contact messages not received by my email account

The eCommerce SW says my website contact requests will go to vintageeclecticarts.com via an anonymous site in phoenix, az, then be forwarded to my company email address: [email protected].
I have not, and hope not to, implement a [ redundant link removed ] email address. I want to use [ deleted, do not post email addresses in these forums again ] for all business communication from my Vintage Eclectic Arts business, to include contacts from the website.
I used a personal email address to make a contact request on the website contact form and did not get the request at [ deleted, do not post email addresses in these forums again ]
The contact form had been published.
What do I need to do to get contact requests to go to [ deleted, do not post email addresses in these forums again ]
