Contact notification badge

Hi,
It may sound stupid but I have a notification badge on my dashboard under contact form, and I can’t seem to figure out what it means.
If somebody filled a form, I don’t know where it went, I received no email. And I don’t know how to make the badge disappear.

I clicked on the form, it opens the settings, nothing much more.

Can somedbody enlighten me please?
