contact page and after submission

  • Hello there,

    Thanks for making such a simple contact form. I find the others too bulky for my needs. However, I am seeing some dots on the page before and after the form and especially on the after submission page. Since the page is just short code I don’t see anything for me to fix at this point. Any suggestions or advice would be great.

    You’re welcome.

    Not sure what that might be, I went to check the URL but it shows a 404 page. Can you reactivate it and let me know when you do and I’ll check it out, seeing it might give me an idea as to where it’s coming from.
