After onboarding for Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments, it show “Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments”.

When click Learn More, it will redirect to the page at https://www.paypal.com/c2/cshelp/article/what-is-interchange%2B-(ic%2B)-pricing-with-gross-settlement-faq4722?_ga=1.61111855.285384257.1722764719&Z3JncnB0=

it show: This article doesn’t exist or has been unpublished

Could you please let me know what I should for “Contact PayPal to enable IC++.” ? is there further configration or develope required for using “Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments”?
