Contact Sync Not Syncing All Users

    Even though I have four users with accounts on my website, it is saying “You have 1 existing users. do you want to add to mailercloud?” and is only syncing the admin account. Why isn’t it recognizing and syncing all users?

    Also, is syncing only manual? There is no automatic syncing possible, as users register?

    Hi Hastibe,

    Just an update we have fixed the issue from our end. Initially, we had only synching four user roles (administrator’, ‘editor’, ‘author’,’subscriber’). But currently, we have removed the restriction and now you can synch the contact from any of the user’s roles.
