Contact toogle

  • Hi All
    I ve seen a few themes with a kind toggle with contact information in, you know, one where you click the contact us link and the top of the screen comes down and revels a form and some info?

    Can anyone advise where to find this as a plug in? i already have the feature built in an existing theme but want to add it to a new wp site i have.
