Contact Us form not working

    Hi,
    I have added a particular email Id in order to receive mails from the website but those mails are not getting forwarded to the mentioned email ID. I tested again by adding a separate ID of different domain and that ID started receiving mails. Can someone help me with a process of how this error can be rectified, as the ID that is facing the error is suppose to receive the emails.
    Please someone reply as its urgent.

    If you wish to receive urgent help, maybe you can mention what plugin do you use for your contact form ??
    Keep in mind that some email provider or hosting provider – use different rules/setting for emails. Not every host or email provider allow to send email from everywhere to everywhere just by filling id in contact form ??
