Contact Us form not working

Normally, your server/WordPress instance email settings should suffice for sending the emails. Most plugins utilize WordPress’s admin email parameter for sending entry notifications by default.

Check to see if the admin email is defined in your wordpress instance. You can utilize a plugin to check if emails are being sent, I have a hunch that’s where your problem probably lies. Feel free to investigate then get back to me, I’ll try my best so we can get you your important form emails ??

Ok thank you I will check first thing tomorrow and get back. Which section is the admin email located do you happen to know? Or I can comb through it and probably find it..

Just checked in General Settings>Administration Email Address, and I see our business email is listed there, would this be it?

Could you please send me a screenshot of the error? maybe this is due to the missing some parameters or wrong configuration in the contact form . just send me screenshot of contact form which you are using

I think this issue is due to wrong email address in “from email address”.
Are you using contact form 7 for your contact us form.If yes send me screenshoot of that So I tell you and then you fixes it by your self.

Hi I can do a screen shot once I get home.

I just logged into WP but I do not see a “Contact” on the left side menu bar like in your screenshot. Does this mean the Plugin is not Installed? However I have a Contact us page.

If I install the plugin, will it mess up my contact page?

Hi, I didn’t have Contact Form 7 Plugin installed, so I have now installed it.

I went into Contact>Contact Forms and copied the code [contact-form-7 id=”477″ title=”Contact form 1″]

Next if I go into Pages>Contact page>edit, it just says Edit with Elementor and Contact at the top. I cannot see where I am suppose to place the code line.???

Isn’t this where I am suppose to add the line [contact-form-7 id=”477″ title=”Contact form 1″] ??
