Thanks for applaud @carolinakod3. Yes, there is a widget named Widget WCMp Vendor Quick Info (path: wp-admin -> Appearance -> Widgets). This widget will help to create a connection between vendor and customer(s) for communication through a message panel. Yes, this communication will be emailed to the admin.

Thank you for your response. I found Vendor Quick Info, inserted the widget to the Right Sidebar Area but it does not display on the front end. Should I check with the theme’s developer? The theme’s widgets display on the front end but Vendor Quick Info does not display on the front end, even though it’s added on the back end. Thank you for your time.

@carolinakod3 – It seems like theme confliction but before contacting the theme developer, I would suggest you, to double check this by switching to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen, if the widget appears then it’s a theme issue else we will help you.

Also, I believe you have checked this widget’s appearance on the particular vendor’s shop page.
