CONTACT_# won’t work on Emails tab

    Hi,
    I can’t get the %CONTACT_1% to work in the “who to send email to” field on the Email tab.
    The %USER_EMAIL% always works, so I know it’s not a server email problem.
    I have the email field set up on the Contact tab.
    I also have the %CONTACT_1% set up in the email content field and it shows up with the correct info there.
    Any advice for correcting this?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The %CONTACT_1% variable only works in the email content field and not in “who to send email to” field.

    Only %USER_EMAIL% variable works in “who to send email to” field.
