contactform 7: displaying form id in url instead of redirecting to ThankYou page

    CASE:

    Forms not redirecting to ThankYou pages any more

    We have 20+ forms with redirects which worked up until last week.

    Instead of going to url:
    https://www.innodura.nl/contactbedankt-9/

    The following url is displayed:
    https://www.innodura.nl/#wpcf7-f3162-o1

    This is the DEFAULT setting

    Redirect code used:
    on_sent_ok: “location.replace(‘https://www.innodura.nl/contactbedankt-9/’);”

    This worked for the past 2 years:

    Tried:
    on_sent_ok: “location = ‘https://www.innodura.nl/contactbedankt-9/’;”

    Still displaying the form ID in url.

    SETUP:

    WordPress 3.9.2
    CF7 3.9.1
    Contactform DB 2.8.8
    Contact Form 7 Analytics by Found 1.0.1

    ADDITIONAL INFO

    Underneath every form in the CF7 formbuilder i get the following warning:

    Warning: Parameter 1 to wpcf7_tg_pane_found() expected to be a reference, value given in /public/sites/www.innodura.nl/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 470
