Contacts are not imported into CC

Just to help confirm location, was this display in your WordPress install? or when logged in to the dashboard provided by constantcontact.com ? Also was it a fresh account with no previous contacts yet, or did it have a nice amount already? It’s possible that contacts just needed to be updated, but that’s not a guarantee.

I used your plugin on an earlier wholesale-only version of my website, and it imported 234 wholesale customers. After launching a new version of the website (retail & wholesale), I removed the integration in Constant Contact, reinstalled the plugin and linked the CC account to the site at a new URL in June.

I recently noticed that new customers were not being added to the CC account. There are now 355 customers in WooCommerce, but only 4 new customers had been imported into CC.

So I removed the integration in Constant Contact again, reinstalled the plugin and linked the CC account. The Woocommerce integration shows as “Connected” in CC, and “Congratulations! Your store is connected to Constant Contact” appears in the plugin admin.

After linking my store, I set Import your contacts to “Yes” in the plugin settings and clicked Save.

I then saw “Importing your contacts” displayed in the Constant Contact dashboard for quite a while.

That “Importing your contacts” message no longer appears, but no new customers have been imported into Constant Contact.

How can I get the plugin to work?
