Contact's Custom Fields Not Showing

I’m having the same issue – Okay – at my wits’ end. Created a form in GF and integrated with Infusionsoft. There were originally radio button and yes/no questions but IS wouldn’t pull in the info into the custom fields. So I changed all to either whole number or text fields but I’m still having the same issue. Some of the fields are being pulled in but not all – can’t figure out the issue – 1 hour with IS provided no answers; upgrading GF license and nothing changed. HELP!!!!

We even had one person fill out the form, they were put into IS with the fields it pulls but there’s no entry in GF for the submission!

On top of it all never get an answer from these forums – beyond frustrating!
