Container import not working

When importing the container, “File format is invalid” message appears.

I tried to follow the guide here:https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking-google-analytics-4-ga4-version

and in Step 1: import GTM4WP Google Analytics 4 container template
I used the gtm4wp-ga4-container-elements-20200419.json

And received the following error message so the import cannot proceed:

containerVersion.tag[0].vendorTemplate.parameter.measurementIdOverride: The value must not be empty.
