Container Shows but No Images Displayed

    The NextGen gallery support requires the purchase of the bonus add-ons. Did you do that?

    For the directory approach, when you configure the directory path correctly it will show you a list of folder galleries found. Did this happen for you?

    Hi @bev,
    Thanks for the quick response, I was not aware of the add-on for the NGG.

    It was indeed the path that incorrect, since the site is on an instance with other WP sites, the path was not direct enough to pick it up.
