    I have a user that is on a VPN via their corporation that gets an error when trying to submit a form.
    *** Forbidden. Contains contacts. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network. Please, try again without VPN. ***

    I’ve seen other posts where users had similar instances. So is there anything to be done here? Is the IP that the user coming from considered SPAM or is it saying the VPN thinks the website IP is SPAM?
