‘Contains outdated content’

    Hi all,
    I’m about to start using Seriously Simple again after it proved seriously simple to pod last year.
    I’ve returned to check my old pod feed and iTunes tells me I failed a review because feed contains outdated content. It was a six episode pod which finished mid 2016 pod. I was hoping it would still be available. Is this likely to be iTunes or a SSP setting?

    Lastly, my new pod will be in a new feed. Can I still use WP posts to upload EPs?

  • Hi @jkerrison,

    This could be an iTunes setting as I’ve never come across this issue from Seriously Simple Podcasting. I would reach out to iTunes to see how to solve this issue or you could possibly change the publication dates of the podcasts to newer dates – this might help.

    You are still able to use WordPress posts with Seriously Simple Podcasting.
