Contains third party chat software that can’t be disabled or uninstalled.

  • The product table is more than adequate, but unfortunately the developer has decided to install a third-party chat solution into the admin of both free an pro versions. This is an unacceptable security risk and so we uninstalled the plugin.

    The support agent said that it was a known issue and that they would be issuing a fix, but until it is removed then this plugin is not for us.

    We have already added disable option at configure page. Use able to off live chat option.
