    Hi!

I just noticed that Content Analysis has completely disappeared from the YOAST SEO box on new post/page. I am the admin, it is NOT disabled on my user account or in the dashboard.

I am running YOAST SEO 3.4, but I haven’t noticed this issue on any of my other sites.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Thank you for the help in advance.

    Joe

Yoast SEO relies more and more on JavaScript. The downside of JavaScript is that a single error in any part of WordPress may stop all of the scripts on a page from working.

As your other sites are not experiencing this issue, we can rule out some of the common issues like browsers and computer programs.

Unfortunately, that likely means something within this WordPress setup is breaking the JavaScript code. The fastest way to find the culprit is a conflict check. If you are unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we wrote a small guide that will walk you through the steps. You can find it here: How To Check For Plugin Conflicts

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly!

I use Dreamhost’s Dreampress for hosting and that is the only real difference between this install and my other ones. Most of them share many of the same plugins as well. But I will try deactivating some of my recently updated plugins to see if it comes back. Either way at this point I know exactly what I am doing when it comes to SEO so it’s not a huge deal. But it would be nice.

At least the Red Yellow and Green lights still work in the meantime. ??
