Content and fields displaying twice after duplicate

Hello, I’ve just started to learn how Bogo works.
I noticed one issue when I install and activate the plugin. I use a shortcode to display custom fields, and when I duplicate the post using another plugin called Duplicate Post, in the duplicated post the fields are shown twice. I’m guessing that this has something to do with post_meta locale, and how Bogo keeps copies of posts and fields…?
It seems the shortcode to show the fields must filter them using post meta locale. Do I understand this correctly? If you could help me sort this out, it’d be much appreciated. Thank you.
