Content and Images not in Manager after successful upload

  • Hello, below is my shortcode. I get a successful upload message, but when I check the backend of the site and look under Manage UGC nothing appears under Media, Posts or Pages. I do receive the email message with the content that the user sent.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have a similar issue, nothing in UGC area…did you find a fix?
    p.s. I looove your blog, so cool to see Roslyns cafe photo there ??

    Hi itchybrain, Thank you! ?? Unfortunately I still have the issue. I will keep keep troubleshooting though and let you know the solution if I am successful.
