    Did you clear the cache after modifying Title (Empty all caches)?

    Yes, I empties all caches, but still the same old post title.

    I have the W3 Total Cache plugin but I do not have this problem, try to configure W3 Total Cache

    It looks like when browser-caching is enabled, the content of the ticker is not updated anymore. Hmmm… that is a problem.

    Is it possible to AJAXify the calls to get the latest titles?
