Content cannot be loaded

    Hi, I need help about loading youtube videos.

    1. I have checked the permissions of files and folders (I have set 755).
    2. I cleared cache and cookies.
    3. I checked the .htaccess file but found nothing.
    4. I don’t know of any plugins that restrict loading.
    5. I have the same website in Czech language and the video loads there without any problem. (https://www.homespring.cz/skandinavsky-styl-bydleni/)

    Can you please advise me where the problem is? I can’t figure it out.

  • You are using this plugin on this page here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/cookies-and-content-security-policy/

    The plugin also restricts you from embedding iframes into the page. You would have to disable the plugin, then it should work. If and how you can solve this differently with the plugin, you should ask in their support forum.

    I checked both of your mentioned URLs – the YouTube video at the end of the page is opening up and loading without errors on both sites.

    Hi, thank you very much for your prompt reply. I have replaced the plugin with another one and everything works as it should. Thank you very much again @threadi .

    @karolinapan Thank you for your response, yes I just changed the cookies plugin and now everything is working as it should.
