Content Control for WordPress Stopped Working After Update from Version 1.1.10

    Hi There, I just updated to the latest version after a long while and content control stopped working. I rolled back until I eventually returned to version 1.1.10 and its working fine again now.

    However I would prefer to be running the latest version on your plugin. Do you have any ideas or workarounds?

    @rabbitwordpress – Sorry to hear that. We had some issues early on but if you just updated to the latest, its been pretty stable. Can you tell me what happens when you upgrade?

    • Do you see the notice to “Process Updates”?
    • Do the updates succeed?
    • Do your restriction settings look correct in the new interface?
    • What are your restriction settings?
    • What exactly happens with your content on the front end?
    • What did it do before the update?

    Thanks for getting back to us so quickly!

    Yes I processed the updates and they succeeded. From memory yes the restrictions looked fine. The settings basically show different fields for users depending on whether they are logged in or not logged in.

    I cannot replicate the update on the live production site as it is in constant use so I will setup and staging/testing site and will come back to you with an update soon.
