Content displays differently on SSL site

Hi,
I have an SSL certificate for my website, but the website displays differently on the secure version:
(Correct layout): https://www.englishlinguist.com
(Inccorect layout): https://www.englishlinguist.comI have used a neve starter site with Otter sections.
I saw this on StackExchange: https://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/98474/site-looks-different-under-ssl
But I’m not techy enough to know how that might relate to the neve theme.
