Content Editor Options Missing on New Posts and Pages

  • Recently updated to 4.9 now I am unable to add new posts or pages. Website is seen as above.
    I have reinstalled the wordpress, deactivated all plugins but problems persists.
    Any ideas how to resolve this?

    So with ALL plugins disabled and using the 2017 theme, posts->new post does not present a content text area?

    The health check only shows that the host needs to upgrade the php.
    My host resolved the editor issue said it was caused by jetpack…but now jetpack says …..Error Details: The Jetpack server encountered the following client error: Verification secrets not found

    Reinstalled the update which was just released but same issue.

    Thinking the issue is something on my host’s side as I have other websites on other servers and with a dif host which isn’t having this issue.
