Content egg products replaced incorrectly

I use quite like Content egg. I only use it with amazon. The problem is that I sometimes follows:
I add three Amazon products correctly and everything looks great!
After a few hours suddenly are all the other products in the text!
Why is that? This makes content egg almost useless if you can not count on which the products are correct!
