Content form 7 not sending email address of sender

My contact form is set up to require the sender to send me their email address and the form will not go through without them sending it, it does not actually send through their email address to me. Therefore, I cannot respond to them. How do I get the form to also include the sender’s email after they click the send button?
*And now it is not sending me email at all.
