I’m developing a page where I want to display the single, most recent post.

    I’m using versions:
    WP v. 6.4.2
    Elementor v. 3.18.3
    Elementor Pro v. 3.18.2

When editing the page in elementor, the shortcode is working as expected and the post content is showing as expected (1st image).
However when page is published, the formatting is erased/ overwritten and the content doesn’t match (2nd image).

1st image see shortcode & formatted content.
2nd image notice the <ul> is not active, and the ’20 years’ img is now on the left and cuts before all the rest of the content.

Any idea what might be causing this or a way to override it?

Also, if there’s any methods to display the most recent post (title, author, content) within a page (dynamically adjusting each month a new newsletter (post) gets added, would be much appreciated!

    ***UPDATE
I regenerated the CSS in Elementor and now all the formatting is gone completely in both editor/preview and published versions. In summery, the site looks like it does in 2nd image -> content formatting is lost upon using the shortcode, are there maybe any code snippets perhaps that might disable the styling/ formatting from being overridden?
