Content from Visual Slide Builder disappeared

  • Hello,

    The slide box content is displaying correctly on the site, however when I go to edit them all the content is no longer there.

    Can someone please assist?

    Hi sorry for the delayed response. What version are you using? Is this issue happening on the admin phew or on the front end where the shortcode is rendered. I would suggest you uninstall and install the plugin again using the latest version. Don’t worry your slide box creations won’t be lost.
