When trying to tag out some content in the text or visual editors, any content that gets inside a tag is deleted after I click update.
    For Example:
I have a word “Welcome” and i want it to be styled as h4. So I put tags like <h4>Welcome</h4> this. I want to apply the changes and I hit “Update” on the right. WordPress starts processing my request and after the browser window refreshes, the whole <h4>Welcome</h4> section is erased.
I am building a community, so I bought Buddy theme and am using WordPress 4.4.

    What I tried so far:
    1. Disabling any editor plugins.
    2. Downloading new editor plugins.
    3. Checked other installations of wordprss (they are fine).
    4. Checked if page html and visual editors do the same. (editing pages has no issues)
    5. Checked for viruses and WordPress files integrity.

    Thank you

    Guys I found a solution.

I had to disable all of the suspicious plugins and when I was adding them back one by one, I found that “WebPurify Profanity Filter” was causing an issue.
