    The data events page on my Facebook catalog is showing a 100% match rate however it is showing the following errors:

    1: “Purchase events weren’t received in the last 7 days. Your pixel might not be sending events from your website. Check that it’s set up correctly.” … I have tested the pixel on purchases and purchases are showing so im not sure why this is showing as an error?

    2: “We’re receiving content IDs that do not match any catalogue connected to your pixel. Add the products for these content IDs in your catalogue or make sure that you’re sending the correct content IDs in your events.”… how do I fix these please?

    Can anyone please help? as I’d like to run catalog ads. Thanks very much

    I will explain this matter, and I hope that you, as the blog administrator, will solve it as soon as possible
    Select an option to trace /sku
    Note that WooCommerce has its own identifier that starts with /gla/
    I see that Facebook for WooCommerce adds the WooCommerce ID number
    Adding SKUs together greatly impacts product status tracking
    Example for illustration / for one product in my store

    • Product code SKU in store / G-0185
    • And in WooCommerce ID/45731
      And track the status in Meta Pixel Helper
      content_ids: [“G-0185_45731”]

    How can it be true when the product tracking doesn’t match the event?

    To resolve the issue, please open multiple fields in your plugin
    To score
    WooCommerce ID for products
    Enter SKU ID only WooCommerce ID + sku

    I had a plan to release a catalog for Snapchat, Tik Tok and all platforms
    After a while due to Google Ads/Google Merchant I noticed that the product ID is incorrect and varies from one platform to another
    How do I boost sales and errors were issued on my behalf I trust what you offer, but who makes up for the time and money spent on advertising, and there are blunders like this.

    For the first error regarding “Purchase events not being received” could you please provide a screenshot of this specific error message? This will give me a visual context for what you’re seeing.

    Regarding the second error about “Content IDs that do not match, have you checked the Content IDs using the Meta Pixel Helper tool?
    If so, please share a screenshot of what the Pixel Helper is displaying, as this will help me verify if the Content IDs being sent by your website are correct.

    Also, if you could provide a link to any of the affected products, I could check the content IDs from my end as well.

    Additionally, a copy of your site’s System Status Report would be very helpful. You can obtain this by going to:
    – WooCommerce → Status
    – Click Get system report
    – Click Copy for support

    Once you have that, you can paste the report into a new Gist at https://gist.github.com and send the Gist link back to us here.
