Content IDs in pixel are more than just Product ID from feed – How to make match

  • Hi, we are using Product Feed Pro.

    Currently the content IDs in the feed are simply Product ID, but the Content ID shown on site has extra numbers and letters (I think it may be adding SKU next to the product ID).

    Example product https://www.yering.com/product/23-little-yering-chardonnay/ shows Content ID of 23YLYCHA7AU_201888, the corresponding product ID in the feed is just 201888.

    What feed mapping do we need to do to make these match?

    Seeing as we already have heaps of data in the pixel, is it possible to make Product Feed Pro match the Content IDs shown in the pixel? It would be a lot better than starting from scratch changing the pixel to show only product ID (what’s in the feed now).
