content is getting cut when out of working area.

  • Hi, A webmaster friend of mine have recommend me this plug to style my menu.

    When I try to work it, the pop up window area is smaller than the form with the options there is not scrolling down option.

    I think it maybe have to do with my theme, I have DIVI, from Elegant Themes. I try to download other themes for the admin with no fix to my problem.

    Here a screenshot, anything that is out of the white box frame thing I can’t see.

    Hi hsdavidhs,

    Please could you let me know which version of Windows you’re on? This is a bug that seems to crop up with FireFox and Windows but I haven’t been able to replicate it yet.

    Until I’ve replicated and fixed it, if you use a different browser (Chrome) it should work ok.

    Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1.

    Google Chrome Version 44.0.2403.125 m

    WordPress 4.2.3 running Divi theme.

    I just try with FireFox and it shows the exact same problem.

    Hi hsdavids,

    I have just checked on Win XP and Win7 and can’t replicate the same issue here. Are you able to disable your other plugins to see if it resolves the issue?
