Content is hidden behind banner and menu

I am using wordpress 4.4.2 with onepress theme.

Problem Im having is that my content is way up behind banner and menu. So much of my top content is cut off and not displayed. It doesnt seem responsive across multiple size screens.

Can someone point me in right direction on where to force my content down so it all appears correctly? Right now I have to hard return 4-5 times for first line to appear on desktop, but on android there is a big bap between header and first line of content.
