content isnt available on the website

  • Hello,

    I tried to install a new theme but it didnt work so I removed it.
    Now is all my content and menus removed on the website but you can see that you have a number of posts when you are logged in.

    How do I get all my content and menus visible again?

  • All of your content should still be there as switching to a different theme should not affect your database. When you activate a different theme, you might have to edit the menu settings within Dashboard > Appearance > Menu, to specify the new theme’s position of your menus.

    The same applies to widgets. For example, if you had footer widgets, you may have to activate them again by dragging the widgets across to the appropriate section within your new theme.
