    Thanks but that doesn’t help.

    The graphs disappear from the frontend for all our visitors.

    I will need to wait for the issue to happen again (yawn) to be able to see if clearing the browser cache as a site visitor will help, but that is not a solution to a recurring problem…

    My client has just sent me this screenshot showing errors in the console. There is a 500 for admin-ajax.php and a 404 error for one of your plugin files

    These errors prevent Elementor from being usable as the interface is blocked by the loading spinner
