Content Missing After Restoring Backup

    Hello There,

    I tried to restore the backup file.

    I could receive the theme and Plug-ins but no pictures, pages portfolio etc.

    The php version before was 5.6 and i try to restore ot to 7.

    My questions are :

    1. Would the php version cause this problem?

    2. Would the WordPress version cause this Problem?

    3. If both options abowe wouldnt cause this Problem, what would ?

    Yes, PHP version 7 is not well supported yet.

    Try to restore the file onto the same version of PHP.

    WordPress version is usually not a problem unless you have a plugin that will not work with the version of WordPress you are importing onto.

    First of all. Thanks a lot.
    Still missing the content.
    After you mentioned plugins, I suspect now plugins.
    Is there any possibility to open up the exported file?
    Can I edit it?

    Than i try again and it restores without content ?
