Content not deleting and cache has been purged

Looking for help! I have a website that we list used equipment for sale on – we do not process any actual transactions but use WooCommerce as the means of listing our equipment. When we sell a unit, we delete the WooCommerce product/page. I am having issues with customers still calling inquiring about said unit however that unit (as far as we’re concerned) has been deleted on the back-end and should not be displaying live anymore. I host with WPEngine and have done a cache purge through my hosting portal as well as cleared my own cache on three separate browsers and still see said unit when typing in the exact URL on Explorer and Firefox, do not see it on Chrome (coworker sees it on Chrome but not on Explorer, weird?). However, if I do a search on my site’s homepage for the unit, nothing comes up regardless of the browser. Can anyone help point me in the direction of what to do to troubleshoot this issue? I am at a loss for what to do at this point.
The following is an example of a unit # (42952) that customers are still seeing but should in fact be deleted.
